Shipping

Your order will be roasted and shipped within 3 days. A tracking number will be provided to the email associated with your account.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. If your item(s) were damaged in transit or you received incorrect item(s) with your shipment, please contact us at firstlightcoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement. Please include your name, order ID, the item(s) that were damaged or incorrect (including what items you received and the items you were supposed to receive), a brief explanation of the return request, and pictures of the damage or incorrect item(s) so we may work with our partners to correct these issues in the future.

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to review your request. A representative will contact you to provide a replacement or store credit.
